Mandatory 2-3 Saturdays per month (8:30 am – 2:30 pm). Orientation & Training: Orientation: 8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI). Training: 5 weeks of hands-on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success. Who we're looking for: Collaborative problem solvers who excel in team-driven environments. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1 year of similar experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals.
- Assist members with loan applications.
- Spot and prevent potentially fraudulent activity.
- Share products and services that make life better for our members.
- Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations.
