Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently assisting members with transactions (cash handling)
• Problem solving and member account maintenance
• Identifying needs and recommending appr opriate products and services
• Providing excellent member service
• Assist at other branches within the region as needed
