COMPENSATION Full-Time Non-Exempt $18.85-$26.39/hourly This figure shown represents the minimum and maximum of the range for this role. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with prospective and current members and represent the credit union positively and professionally
  • Open new accounts
  • Set up new account files and provide members with all the necessary information for membership including IRA Accounts, Trust Accounts and professional accounts
  • Research account discrepancies and assist members in balancing their accounts
  • Provide support on the teller line
  • Promote, explain, and cross-sell other credit union services such as electronic services, debit cards and credit cards
  • Provide information on investment alternatives to deposit funds with the credit union
  • Look for opportunities to improve members’ financial well-being including loan referrals to a lending employee
  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of credit union products and on all related policies, procedures, rules and regulations, including robbery procedures
