About The Position
Assist in any duties in the Melt and Cast areas. Cross train between multiple jobs, filling positions when needed. All duties assigned by the supervisor are to be performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to create and maintain a safe work environment for self and crew
- Ability to work in a hot, dirty, dusty, loud environment
- Good communication skills
- Motivated to learn positons and advance
Nice To Haves
- 2- Year Verifiable work experience in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Learn multiple jobs in the shop
- Stay current on operations and procedures
- Assist supervisor and Melt shop crew in the safe production of steel
