About The Position
The Research Assistant position will work closely with a professor to contribute to research activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and research.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a lab through ENVS160 or ENVS260.
- This position is available only to enrolled American University students.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the professor on an ongoing research project on road dust.
- Participating in the field work.
- Responsible for sample preparation and data analysis.
- Manage and dispose of used supplies in the lab.
- General Lab housekeeping.
