Summer Internship Program Overview Cardinal Health’s Summer Internship Program is a structured 10-12 week experience designed for undergraduate students who will be entering their senior year and are eager to make an impact. Each intern also serves on a planning committee to enhance leadership skills and concludes the summer by presenting their work to business leaders. Professional Development Interns participate in a formal mentoring program, connect with employees across the organization, and attend workshops to strengthen business acumen. Networking Opportunities Through the Executive Speaker Series and various networking events, interns engage with senior leaders and build relationships with professionals across the company. Job Description Summary Location: Dublin, Ohio Start Date: May 18 or 26, 2026 Hours: Approximately 40 hours a week for a minimum of 10 weeks Assistance with temporary housing is provided for students not local to the internship location. This function supports the planning, coordination, communication, and execution of initiatives across internal teams and external partners. Team members help organize resources, maintain project documentation, support workflow efficiency, and ensure adherence to established processes and methodologies. This function plays a critical role in enabling smooth project execution and consistent operational discipline. As a Meeting and Events Project Management Intern, you could potentially support the organization in several of the following ways: Provide administrative and logistical support for project managers across multiple customer implementations. Assist in preparing project materials such as status reports, presentations, dashboards, and customer-facing documents. Support data collection and reporting, helping to compile updates for account management teams and customers. Assist with tracking milestone progress within established project tools and systems. Help define, organize, and validate customer requirements, ensuring they are accurately captured in project materials. Maintain strong cross-functional communication, partnering closely with operations, account management, and technical teams. Contribute to process enhancements, documentation updates, and standard operating procedures.
