About The Position

In this role, you will support the SDS organization within the Medication Management Solutions Business Unit, managing crucial field action deliverables to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. You will play an integral part in managing customer remediation efforts for recalls, preparing teams for upcoming projects, and ensuring clear communication with customers. Working remotely, you will have the autonomy to determine your work direction while collaborating with a dedicated team to enhance healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma minimum; higher degree preferred.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
  • Quick learner of new technical skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute small projects as assigned.
  • Manage customer remediation for all applicable field actions.
  • Monitor and report on field action budget.
  • Gain expertise in all databases housing product data.
  • Help prepare remediation teams for new field actions.
  • Schedule remediation projects with customers.
