Our RN Clinical Educators experience a unique opportunity to employ their clinical nursing expertise in a new way outside patient care, while continuing to collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for the well-being of patients through medical device technology. You will be responsible for training and educating Registered Nurses and Physicians on a patient handling and injury prevention medical devices primarily used in critical care and acute care units. Your primary focus will be in-servicing and education only, no sales responsibilities, and no bedside care. Responsible for creating process improvement plans for best usage of devices for the healthcare system. 9-month project with 16-hours per week guarantee, but likely working closer to 32 hours per week. Employee would be working specifically within the Intermountain Health System in Salt Lake City, UT., however, limited out-of-state travel may be required for training purposes.
