As our Office Manager , you will play a pivotal role in leading our team, optimizing operations, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing financial and administrative tasks, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

Luxury Retail & Beauty Expertise – Experience managing top-tier beauty brands ensuring an elevated client experience.
Exceptional Sales & Upselling Skills – A proven track record of driving revenue growth through product knowledge, personalized consultations, and strategic promotions.
Strong Leadership & Team Management – Experienced in training and developing a high-performing team, setting sales goals, and maintaining service excellence.
Impeccable Personal Presentation – Always polished and professional, reflecting the brand’s high standards in beauty and aesthetics.
Client-Centric Mindset – Deep understanding of luxury customer service, focusing on relationship-building and VIP client retention.
Aesthetic Industry Knowledge – Passion for medical aesthetics, skincare treatments, and cosmetic procedures, with a willingness to stay ahead of industry trends.
Operational Savvy – Skilled in overseeing daily spa operations, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with medspa regulations.
Proven leadership experience in a MedSpa, aesthetics, or luxury wellness setting
Strong background in business operations, team management, and client relations
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to implement growth strategies
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM, scheduling, and POS systems
Able to balance a warm, welcoming demeanor with strong leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of medical aesthetics services , including Botox, fillers, lasers, and IV therapy, is a plus
