About The Position

ROOT Med Spa, part of the trusted ROOT family, is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who promotes our services, increases brand awareness, and helps drive New Patient Referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in community outreach, public relations or marketing. med spa, dermatology, or healthcare marketing highly preferred
• Flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours as needed for events and meetings.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Community Relations: Executes community outreach campaigns and programs to educate stakeholders about our services. Routinely seeks out opportunities to promote ROOT Med Spa. Coordinates timely and accurate responses and information to stakeholder groups via social media, text, email and phone.
• Solution Presentation: Develop and present general presentations demonstrating ROOT Med Spa’s services.
• Referral Marketing: Serve as a liaison between the ROOT Med Spa and referring/prospective offices, attending local events, open houses, fairs, and meetings to represent the company.
• Sponsorship Acquisition: Coordinate sponsorships, donations, and participation in events to enhance visibility and goodwill.
• Marketing Promotions & Collateral: Create promotional materials, referral gifts, and social media content aligned with community engagement initiatives.
• Market Insights: Monitors new offices/doctor changes. Stays informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Event Planning: Assist with special events, Lunch & Learns, study Clubs, VIP dinners, health fairs, educational seminars, workshops, or webinars as needed.
• Lead Generation & Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community relations activities, providing recommendations for improvement. Maintains accurate CRM information for referral profiles. Records daily and weekly activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
