About The Position

Medspa Coordinator Laser Skin & Wellness is a premier medical spa providing a whole array of cosmetic, medical, and medspa experience. We offer our patients the tools to live much healthier lives with a combination of laser treatments, nutritional counseling, functional medicine and various aesthetic and wellness practices. We are seeking a Medical Receptionist who wants to work in a well-established medical spa clinic. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our medical professionals in delivering top-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • 2 years high end customer service experience.
  • 1 year medical aesthetics experience.
  • EMR experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Must have positive attitude.
  • Team player with strong work ethic.
  • Impeccable personal appearance.
  • Physical mobility to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, days, evenings and/or holidays.
  • Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently provides excellent customer service to all clients in-person, over the phone and through text/email inquiries
  • Educates clients on Laser Skin and Wellness services, products and treatment options
  • Exudes positive attitude while working in a fast-paced medical aesthetic center
  • Oversees daily schedule to ensure seamless client experience
  • Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and ensuring prompt delivery to proper staff member
  • Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries and text messages throughout the day
  • Accurately checking clients in/out and scheduling all follow up visits
  • Intelligent booking using EMR software, preferably Nextech
  • Preparing proper medical documents for patients through EMR
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to potential issues
  • Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of spa including relaxation areas, treatment rooms, lobby, front desk and back of house
