Requirements
- Current Medication Administration Certification.
- Possesses a caring, customer focus attitude.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, administers and documents medications to residents.
- Manages medication cart for Quality control.
- Provides care to residents.
- Observes, reports and records changes in resident’s physical and mental condition.
- Supervises staff on shift.
