Core Values Serve with Heart Serve with Purpose Serve with Courage Have Fun While Serving What You'll Do As a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) , you'll play a vital role in supporting the health and happiness of our residents by: Safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications in accordance with Virginia Board of Nursing regulations . Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting to the Health & Wellness Director or nurse on duty. Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility when needed. Building strong, caring relationships with residents and families. Promoting a positive, supportive environment that aligns with Charter's mission and values.

Requirements

  • Current Virginia State Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification required.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident well-being.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care preferred.
