Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting to the Health & Wellness Director or nurse on duty. Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility when needed. Building strong, caring relationships with residents and families. Promoting a positive, supportive environment that aligns with Charter's mission and values.

Requirements

Current Virginia State Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification required.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident well-being.
Strong teamwork, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities
