Corewell is the exclusive clinical partner of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, with more than 1,400 doctors on faculty. Scope of Work Provides technical assistance in the documentation and clarification of medication history lists under the direction of the pharmacist. Processes, enters, and interprets physician/nurse medication histories, under the direction of the pharmacist, and completes full history documentation in computerized system. Clarifies information through communication with providers, patients, and pharmacies. Performs special projects for the department. Works with multiple medication automation systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Required
  • LIC-Pharmacist Intern - STATE_MI State of Michigan required Or LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI State of Michigan required
  • CRT-Pharmacy Technician, Certified (CPHT) - PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification Board 90 Days required Or CRT-Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) - NHA National Healthcareer Association 90 Days required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree health care or related field
  • 1 year of relevant experience Pharmacy Required
  • 2 years of relevant experience Retail Pharmacy Preferred
