Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required, we train motivated individuals
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office call center environment
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to CRM systems and sales tools
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to win

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master the Medicare landscape through comprehensive training and ongoing development
  • Handle inbound calls only, speak with qualified prospects who are actively seeking coverage
  • Understand client needs and recommend the best Medicare plan options
  • Utilize CRM systems and dialing platforms to efficiently manage leads and track performance
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer care on every interaction
  • Collaborate with a competitive team environment focused on exceeding goals
  • Participate in high-energy sales contests, daily incentives, and performance-driven challenges
