Join Brown & Brown Absence Services Group as a Medicare Eligibility Specialist. We are looking for a great communicator who is customer-focused and excited by the prospect of working closely with an experienced and highly motivated team. The Eligibility Specialist provides initial education, screening and customer service to clients who become eligible for Medicare benefits. This includes a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients over the phone to support the licensed agents with appointment setting and introductions. The Eligibility Specialist duties also include resolving eligibility and enrollment related questions and responding to internal and external customer inquiries that may be received via email or by phone.
