ComForCare is looking for experienced part time Medical Transportation Driver to provide transportation for patients/clients to and from hospitals, rehabilitation centers, medical offices and their private residences in a safe, secure and professional manner in the Greater Charlotte area. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Should be a safe driver
  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Should know different areas Ballyntine and Uptown Charlotte and surrounding area
  • Must own a car with valid car insurance
  • Must be available during the week from 6/7 am to 4 pm (NO WEEKENDS)

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience working with patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Transporting patients and clients utilizing own vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
  • Effectively communicate with the team regarding schedule progress and to receive instructions.
  • Willing to maintain a professional image and attitude in regards to clients, visitors, and co‐workers.
  • Must maintain vehicle cleanliness.
  • Assist clients and patients as needed to safely complete transfers in and out of vehicle.
  • Must be able to accurately complete timesheet via caregiver app.
  • Must be able to understand and operate GPS devices, and cell phones.
  • Must be able to perform all duties as assigned.
