What You’ll Do As a key member of our laboratory team, you will: Perform a variety of non‑clinical lab tests that support high‑stakes pharmaceutical studies. Analyze specimens with accuracy and confidence—your results matter. Troubleshoot challenges, validate assays, and help refine our testing processes. Keep our lab running smoothly with well‑maintained instruments and clean, safe workspaces. Collaborate across teams to ensure studies stay on track and clients stay informed. Contribute to new assay validations and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • ASCP certification (MT or MLT)—required.
  • Associate’s degree and a 12-month Medical Technology training program

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of non‑clinical lab tests that support high‑stakes pharmaceutical studies.

  • Contribute to new assay validations and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Run and verify laboratory tests.
  • Ensure sample integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform quality control and document results.
  • Maintain instruments and calibrations.
  • Enter data accurately with complete audit trails.
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in proficiency testing and ongoing training.
  • Support assay validations and study teams.
