Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Medical Surgical Nursing Manager in Montclair, NJ. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school is required.
- Current New Jersey RN license or a current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ clinical nursing experience in a medical/surgical unit required
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care.
- Facility/unit-specific certifications
Responsibilities
- Promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care.
- Be involved in unit-based planning, budgeting, manpower/staffing and education program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
