Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or supply chain management, and STNA license preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory of medical supplies, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of medical supplies to various departments.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to fulfill supply requests and maintain adequate stock levels.
Monitor expiration dates and conduct regular inventory audits to maintain compliance with regulations.
Utilize computerized systems to track and record inventory levels and supply usage.
Assist with the organization and maintenance of storage areas.
