Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or supply chain management, and STNA license preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of medical supplies, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of medical supplies to various departments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to fulfill supply requests and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Monitor expiration dates and conduct regular inventory audits to maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Utilize computerized systems to track and record inventory levels and supply usage.
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of storage areas.
