Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in supply chain or procurement is a plus
  • Proven experience in inventory management or supply chain roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and supply orders
  • Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase requests and tracking order status
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies against purchase orders
  • Organize and store supplies in designated areas to ensure easy access and proper stock rotation
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies
  • Update inventory management systems and generate reports as needed
  • Support the purchasing team in administrative tasks related to supply management
