Our facilities offer a safe, supportive environment with 24/7 staffing, ensuring personalized behavioral health support, therapy, and wellness programming tailored to residents’ needs. Role Description As our Medical Supervisor, you will oversee the clinical care and daily health needs of residents in our Adult Foster Care homes. You'll lead and support direct care staff, ensure compliance with licensing requirements, and champion a culture of person-centered care.
Requirements
- State of Michigan licensed LPN or RN
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of medication management and resident care plans
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for serving vulnerable populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Adult Foster Care a plus
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support staff to deliver exceptional resident care
- Oversee medication administration and health monitoring
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing standards
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and external providers
