How you’ll make an impact in this role Onsite at least 2 days per week, as well as for meetings as needed. Facilitate the full lifecycle of medical staff applications and appointments, ensuring rigorous primary source verification for hospital privileges, residencies, and fellowships. Coordinate and attend medical staff committee meetings while managing the billing, collection, and deposit of staff dues. Manage provider databases and documentation systems to ensure data integrity, accurate retrieval, and "audit-ready" file maintenance. Serve as the central liaison for internal and external stakeholders regarding departmental operations and physician status. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Medical Services Management credentialed from the National Association Medical Staff Services preferred. Certified Credentialing Specialist credentialed from the National Association Medical Staff Services, or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator (CMSC), obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of eligibility preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
