Synergy Face + Body is a state-of-the-art aesthetic practice specializing in cosmetic and facial plastic surgery, injectables, dermal fillers, skin and laser treatments, weight loss, and more. The Role Synergy is hiring full-time Medical Spa Coordinators to serve as brand ambassadors and ensure every client has a seamless, exceptional experience from the moment they walk in the door. You'll be the first impression and a trusted resource for every client we serve.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of medical aesthetics experience
  • A positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry
  • Strong work ethic and team-player mentality
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
  • Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email and text
  • Educate clients on Synergy's treatments, products, and service options
  • Manage daily scheduling using Millennium software with intelligent booking practices
  • Answer and screen calls, take messages, and monitor voicemail and email throughout the day
  • Accurately check clients in and out and schedule all follow-up appointments
  • Prepare medical documents and manage records through our EMR system
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, front desk, and relaxation areas
  • Stay calm under pressure and quickly resolve any client-facing issues
  • Work schedule and location may be adjusted based on business and operational requirements
