The Role Synergy is hiring full-time Medical Spa Coordinators to serve as brand ambassadors and ensure every client has a seamless, exceptional experience from the moment they walk in the door. You'll be the first impression and a trusted resource for every client we serve.

Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience
1 year of medical aesthetics experience
A positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry
Strong work ethic and team-player mentality
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email and text
Educate clients on Synergy's treatments, products, and service options
Manage daily scheduling using Millennium software with intelligent booking practices
Answer and screen calls, take messages, and monitor voicemail and email throughout the day
Accurately check clients in and out and schedule all follow-up appointments
Prepare medical documents and manage records through our EMR system
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, front desk, and relaxation areas
Stay calm under pressure and quickly resolve any client-facing issues
Work schedule and location may be adjusted based on business and operational requirements
