The Clinic programs division consists of an array of services for justice-involved individuals and community members with mental health diagnoses and serious mental illness; The Nathaniel Clinic provides OMH-licensed Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Recovery Services to adolescents and adults, with a focus on providing care to those involved in the criminal legal system. CASES is seeking a Medical Scheduler who is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The Medical Scheduler is responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow. They will work closely with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a well-organized scheduling system.
