About The Position

Sales Representative (1 full-time) Lawall Prosthetics and Orthotics is hiring a motivated Medical Sales Representative for business-to-business development in Delaware County and surrounding area, which may include areas in Central PA, Southeastern PA, and Delaware State . Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, presenting products, and meeting sales quotas. The role requires building customer relationships and maintaining expert knowledge of our products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and valid driver's license
  • 3-5 years preferred sales experience, especially in healthcare/medical devices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate and handle difficult situations
  • Capacity to learn complex technical information
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Professional, self-motivated, and flexible in teamwork and independent tasks
  • Effective in consultative selling and relationship building
  • Excellent listening, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Positive, energetic, and customer service-oriented
  • Ability to work independently on complex projects
  • Sales closing experience required; familiarity with CRM Software, preferably Salesforce

  • Knowledge of human anatomy is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Develop leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
  • Utilize business intelligence for sales support.
  • Meet and exceed territory sales objectives.

  • Communicate product updates and educational programs to customers.

  • Collect competitive data and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Attend sales and professional meetings as required.
  • Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and maintain inventory of consigned products.
