The Medical Records Requester plays a key role in supporting paralegals and hearing attorneys by helping prepare client files for disability hearings. This position reports to a designated Team Lead and the Legal Assistant Manager. They are responsible for: Requesting medical records on behalf of clients, as directed by paralegals. Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA guidelines. Greeting and assisting clients and potential clients who visit the local office. Accurately entering and managing medical record information in the Firm’s case management software. Performing various administrative tasks to support the overall needs of the Firm.
