About The Position

Tri-State Orthopaedics, a well-respected and busy orthopaedic practice, due to growth is recruiting a full time Medical Records/EMR Specialist to work in their North Hills Office to assist with quality assurance and reconciliation of electronic chart documentation.

Requirements

• knowledgeable in medical terminology and proofreading
• excellent computer and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• orthopaedic experience
• Electronic Medical Record experience

Responsibilities

• reviewing and processing chart documentation
• medical record releases
• ensuring continuity of care by accurately transmitting consultation notes, test results and treatment plans from our specialist office to other providers
