About The Position

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Medical Records Director for a 90-day assignment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. Requirements

• Previous experience in medical records within a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the facility’s medical records system in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of resident records
• Manage electronic and paper chart systems
• Coordinate audits and assist with regulatory surveys
• Work closely with nursing and administrative teams to support documentation practices
