About The Position
Isto Biologics is a growing, 100% biologics-focused company committed to helping patients heal faster by providing a range of advanced solutions to surgeons of varying specialties. Isto is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Data Entry Specialist to join our Medical Records team. The Medical Records Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for scanning and accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently. Must be adaptable and able to navigate more than one project as needed as our team evolves.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry and typing accuracy
- Experience in office environments is preferred
- Familiarity with filing systems and organizational practices
- Ability to collect, analyze, and process data effectively and efficiently
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is advantageous
- Medical background preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Scanning incoming information
- Accurately inputting data into databases
- Performing data entry tasks
- Maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Collecting and verifying data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assisting with clerical duties as needed, including administrative support
- Maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA)
