The program focuses on mental health and substance abuse treatment, offering a structured environment that combines clinical therapy, education, and enrichment activities. Youth receive individualized treatment based on their needs, participating in individual, group, and family therapy, as well as life skills training, restorative justice practices, victim impact awareness, and pre-vocational preparation. Licensed professionals provide 24/7 care in small group living units, and a licensed dietitian oversees nutritional support to promote stabilization and successful reintegration into the community. The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and coordinating medical records and related office functions to support facility operations. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in medical recordkeeping while supporting coordination between nursing, clinical, and administrative departments to meet the needs of residents.
