You will perform basic administrative, operational, customer support, and data-entry tasks, primarily working on routine, structured assignments. You will report to the Center Administrator. Job Functions: Ensure all medical forms are identified, completed, and signed Enter required patient information into the electronic records system Communicate with physicians and staff to clarify diagnoses or obtain additional information Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures Operate within defined work expectations, quality standards, and priorities, under close supervision and established guidelines Use your skills to make an impact
