The Medical Records Assistant is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the efficient operation of a fast-paced health center and providing support to all team members. Performs general administrative duties of the medical office, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, disseminating schedules and changes thereto, greeting students and visitors, preparing necessary forms before student appointments, and opening/closing the department. Provides outstanding customer service to our students, staff, families, external entities, and outside vendors.
