Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent required, Medical Receptionist Certificate a plus
• 1+ years of experience medical office receptionist experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
• Reliable, professional, positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and make them feel welcome
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays
• Maintain patient accounts and records while protecting privacy (HIPAA)
• Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks
• Keep the front desk and waiting areas organized and welcoming
