About The Position

Confidential medical practice seeks a full -time Medical Receptionist / Call Center Representative. You’ll manage front -desk and phone operations. patient check -in/out, insurance entry, payments, appointment scheduling, and voicemail follow -up.

Requirements

  • MediClear certification (or equivalent) required
  • Minimum 1 year medical office/front -desk experience.
  • Strong phone presence, excellent verbal/written communication, and customer -service orientation.
  • Proficient with computers and practice management/EMR systems.
  • Detail -oriented, able to multitask in a fast -moving environment and comfortable traveling daily with a mobile unit.
  • Able to handle confidential information and pass background/employment checks.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients, check them in/out, and collect accurate demographics and insurance data.
  • Process payments (co -pays, self-pay charges, product sales) and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in person and by phone; manage voicemail and phone triage.
  • Communicate delays and coordinate patient flow with clinical staff.
  • Explain mobile clinic logistics and answer patient questions about services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and handle sensitive data professionally.
  • Support basic admin tasks (mail/shipments, supply awareness) as needed.
