Core Responsibilities Patient Interaction: Welcoming patients, managing the check-in/check-out process, and handling inquiries. Scheduling: Booking, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Administrative Tasks: Answering high-volume, multi-line phones, handling mail, scanning documents, and maintaining a clean, orderly reception area. Financial Duties: Verifying insurance eligibility, collecting co-payments and balances, and processing payments. Communication: Triaging patient questions, communicating with medical staff, and managing patient flow to optimize provider time. M-F 40 hour weeks Well established medical facility
