A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST As a receptionist, you are the face of the clinic as the first person to greet patients as they arrive. Your primary responsibilities are to warmly welcome patients and initiate the intake process, check out patients and help with follow-up actions, and speak with people on the phone to set up appointments, referrals, and more.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
