About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Provider (NP or PA) to deliver specialized weight loss, hormone, and wellness care across multiple West Valley clinics. This role offers the opportunity to work in different locations throughout the week—Arrowhead & Avondale—providing variety while delivering consistent, compassionate care to our patients. As a Provider, you will perform comprehensive health assessments, prescribe and manage weight loss and hormone therapies, create personalized treatment plans, and coach patients through the lifestyle changes that support their long-term goals. Most importantly, you’ll embody the Red Mountain Way by delivering a 5-star patient experience everywhere you go. The position requires a full-time commitment of 35–40 hours per week. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, and Saturdays, 8:00 am–1:30 pm. Providers work five days per week, including two Saturdays per month. Regular coverage is required at Arrowhead and Avondale clinics, with travel between these West Valley locations. You will not travel between locations on the same day; each day will be assigned to a single clinic. Schedules are created quarterly, providing advance notice of daily locations.
