About The Position
We are seeking a Kentucky-licensed medical provider who is already approved to certify patients for medical cannabis to serve as a clinician for upcoming certification events. Events are held in partnership with Green Health Docs and local dispensaries to connect patients with qualified providers for medical cannabis evaluations. This is a flexible, as-needed opportunity with the potential for additional event coverage across Kentucky.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Kentucky ( NP, DO, MD or PA)
- Currently licensed/authorized to recommend or certify medical cannabis in Kentucky (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Reliable and available for scheduled or short-notice coverage
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with cannabis certification evaluations
- Experience in event-based or high-volume patient settings
Responsibilities
- Conduct medical evaluations for patients seeking cannabis certification
- Determine eligibility in accordance with Kentucky medical cannabis regulations
- Complete all required certification documentation
- Provide a professional, efficient, and patient-focused experience
- Coordinate with on-site staff and dispensary partners
