About The Position
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Post medical insurance payments and patient payments correctly to accounts Identify payments, write offs, and patient balances on various insurance company EOBs Balance payment batches to deposits Ability to interpret various explanation of benefits from the insurance companies Efficiently and accurately post payments to the appropriate accounts Identify payment discrepancies and payer trends Investigate and process over payments Must have knowledge of 835 remittances posting
