What Closers Do Here You will own large, recovery cases: Drive case inventory recoveries with urgency and precision Manage provider communications with confidence and authority Navigate RCM workflows at providers to close cases quickly Strategically follow up on healthcare refunds until dollars are returned Hit-and exceed-monthly recovery and revenue targets Maintain a disciplined pipeline using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Prioritize workload to maximize production across assigned inventory This role is for someone who treats recoveries like a sales pipeline-not a checklist.
