Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills
- Comfortable in a performance‑driven recoveries environment
- Ability to manage high‑value cases with ownership and urgency
- Great attitude - willing to learn
- Must have a distraction-free virtual home office for eight hours each day
Responsibilities
- Drive case inventory recoveries with urgency and precision
- Manage provider communications with confidence and authority
- Navigate RCM workflows at providers to close cases quickly
- Strategically follow up on healthcare refunds until dollars are returned
- Hit-and exceed-monthly recovery and revenue targets
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Prioritize workload to maximize production across assigned inventory
