About The Position
Medical Operations Supervisor CODA, Inc. Outpatient Programs Full-Time Exempt M–F Days Lead Medical Operations. Support Recovery. Make an Impact. CODA, Inc. is seeking a Medical Operations Supervisor to lead outpatient medical administrative operations and supervise medical support staff. This role ensures efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, accurate billing practices, and strong team performance—so our providers can focus on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Requirements
- Active Medical Assistant License
- AAMA Certification (or equivalent)
- 2+ years experience in medical, social service, or healthcare environment
- Experience with EMR systems and healthcare compliance
- Valid OR or WA Driver’s License
- BLS and Crisis Prevention certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily medical administrative operations
- Supervise and support medical support staff
- Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations
- Monitor program performance (capacity, utilization, access, retention)
- Manage staffing schedules and labor costs
- Support billing accuracy and EMR documentation
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
- Provide direct patient care within scope as needed
