Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with patients and staff through exceptional interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Drive operational excellence by meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Mentor and coach staff to achieve performance goals, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Lead engaging weekly team meetings to align on objectives, provide ongoing training, and ensure franchise consistency.
  • Maintain high standards of clinic cleanliness, staff accountability, and operational efficiency through hands-on leadership.
  • Showcase superior organizational skills, adeptly managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines with accuracy.
  • Proactively address challenges in clinical or operational policies, service levels, or personnel, implementing effective solutions swiftly.
  • Anticipate opportunities and challenges, staying ahead of the curve to drive clinic success.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, patient registration, scheduling, and secure cash handling.
  • Master key tasks such as benefit verification, EMR reporting, product sales, inventory management, and banking.
  • Utilize company-approved telephone scripts to schedule appointments and engage patients effectively.
  • Conduct compelling individual consultations to introduce services, onboard new patients, and drive sales growth.
  • Follow up with patients to monitor progress, address missed appointments, and ensure exceptional experiences.
  • Perform essential clinical tasks, including obtaining patient vitals, EKGs, administering injections, and phlebotomy (training provided if needed).
  • Provide personalized counseling on nutrition and progress during weekly patient visits to support their health goals.
  • Accurately document patient progress in charts and/or EMR systems.
  • Take on additional clinical duties as needed to support the team.
