Overview We are currently looking for a Claims Medical Only Representative who has a passion to provide outstanding administrative, claim and customer support. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 years related experience required
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws and accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software.- Minimum of 1 year related experience
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled

Responsibilities

Make a difference by communicating effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and make connections.
Accurately set reserves, make payments and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel and other internal or external resources.
Provide fair, equitable and timely claim disposition, consistent with our standards.
Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims.
