About The Position

Job Title: Medical Oncologist
Job Type: Locum Tenens
Location: DuBois, PA
Service Setting: Hospital
Coverage Type: Clinical Only
Coverage Period: April 13, 2026 – Ongoing (6 -month assignment with option to extend)
Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30 -minute unpaid lunch)

Requirements

• Active PA license required (IMLC may be considered)
• Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
• DEA: Required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Ability to manage both oncology and hematology cases
• Inpatient consult experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient oncology and hematology care
• Manage treatment plans and oversee cancer therapies
• Perform inpatient consults as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
