About The Position

University Home Care and Hospice is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Medical Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting with patient intake to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Collect and organize employee timesheets
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including gathering applications and documents
  • Support the Intake team by contacting patients, scheduling, and coordinating services
  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
