About The Position

Internal Medicine Practices seek strong candidates with management experience to help oversee a busy practice in Fort Lauderdale. Office hours are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Qualified candidates be bilingual English/Spanish, have a minimum of 2+ years of management experience in healthcare- and 2+ years experience as a MA- to be considered. This is a hands-on role that will require our hire to cover MA duties as needed. Salary: Base Starts at $45,000 Candidates must be energetic self-starters, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly, growing organization. Position is responsible for all administrative, supervision, & managerial functions of the day to day operations of the office. The Manager focuses on providing high quality care to our patients and physicians through organization and leadership. Flexibility and ability to conform to an ever-changing environment required. Ability to multitask and prioritize based on business needs Responsible for handling and overseeing Check in/check out; co-pay collection; answering phones. Answer patient billing questions Work billing clarification logs including ensuring charge capture and missing diagnosis or CPT information Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Electronic Medical Records required. Requirements

bilingual English/Spanish
minimum of 2+ years of management experience in healthcare
