About The Position

Assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting this might include both clinical and front desk duties. Location and Hours of Position PHN New Castle Primary Care 1112 S Mill St., New Castle Pa 16101 The general office hours for this position are: Monday: 7:30am - 7:00pm Tuesday: 7:30:00am - 5:00pm Wednesday: 7:30am - 5:00pm Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm NO WEEKENDS The Primary Health Network is the largest Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) in the state of Pennsylvania. Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school Medical Office Assistant or LPN - and/or two years experience in a clinical setting
  • Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge
  • Administering Medication
  • Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred
  • Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction
  • Computer proficient
