Will also be responsible for follow-up messages from both patients and providers during downtime. Familiarity with EMR, preferably IDX however willing to be flexible. Will be updating procedures inputted into the EMR. Registration, scheduling, insurance verification. Will cross train them in being a straight scheduler as well as front desk, but mainly will be the front desk role. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Medical Administration or Customer Service
  • Diploma or GED required
  • EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities
